Modular Framing
Smart Structure™ is our proprietary mix of modular panels and boxes used to frame each of our designs. In addition to built-in stairs, the framed structure comes with the main heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical pre-designed and roughed in. There is a blueprint of where every pipe, vent and wire will run. This means the final rough-in is completed significantly quicker and without the design compromises that usually happen when contractors compete for wall and ceiling space.
Our Smart Structure™ also includes our exclusive floor and beam system that creates open floor spaces. We call this our Flex Space System™, allowing you to choose your unit count and configuration and make future modifications to your building as circumstances change. We refer to this as Inter-generational Flexibility™.
